Entity & Referential Integrity Violations

Hi

I am designing posters for different aspects of Oracle / SQL and in one of these posters I am discussing Entity and Referential Integrity.

I have found decent amount of information on both of these, but I am having trouble in locating examples of actual violations.

I was just wondering if anyone on here, knows of a website that shows actual examples of entity and referential integrity violations. Or is able to post a few violations that they have seen or created themselves in test files that could be included on a poster.

Any help in this matter would be much appreciated.
