For some reason both Microsoft Terminal Services and Web Client Network have disappeared from my Entire Network folder. Microsoft Windows Network is still there but is not recognising any other workgroups.

Can anyone help?

P.S. LAN works, internet working through LAN, also able to see problem PC from another local PC

Could this be to do with TS licensing?

Don't think so, it worked one day and not the next. But Norton did update its definitions before it happened, could this have something to do with it?

Norton shouldn't have anything to do with it as far as I know. Have you tried resetting the Problem PC computer account on the server?

It could be something to do with group policies. Have these changed?

The group policy for our users doesn't let me see the two other options in the network. But I don't exactly why..

Group policies are all set to 'Not Configured'
