I have upgraded the standard exchange to the enterprise exchange as my databases were too big but after a week the databases have dismounted again.

How can I tell which version of exchange I am running?

Thanks lander215 for your response.

I am running the enterprise (eval) version. But I still can't mount the database. I am getting the error message

"An internal processing error has occurred. Try restarting the exchange system manager or the exchange information store service, or both"
ID no: c1041724
Exchange system manager

I have checked the following kb articles 253931, 819553.
I have run eseutil /p on the databases and after that isinteg –s Servername –fix –test alltests

But still have the problems. Any ideas?

Is your evaluation period up?

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Thanks

But no. Only installed it two weeks ago.

Thanks for your input.

In the end I had to recover the databases from the previous nights backups meaning that I lost about 12 hours worth of emails in the corrupt database. Can these emails then be recovered at a later time using exmerge does a 3rd party tool have to used?
