Wow, I thought Enterprise Manager was their cool new software that did everything. It's really that bad?
I guess eventually it will do everything, but not yet... One thing that it will do is the ability to transfer IP licences between 3300's in a cluster. It also does some snmp stuff. I have not played with it much, but it gets crappy reviews from my co-worker who has installed it. we have expressed our dissapointment with the product to our Mitel Rep. Who knows, eventually it'll get better.
