I have a number of Crystal reports for Peachtree. We have Crystal Enterprise 9.0 (standard edition) installed and patched to SP2. Under P-tree 2003 I was able to use the basic Report Application Server (RAS) and publish the reports on the Intranet site. They worked fine in an on-demand basis where the users could enter parameters and get their results.
We recently upgraded to P-tree 2005 Premium and the RAS reports stopped working. Of course P-Tree has finally left CR 8 for CR 9. So, I installed CR 9 for P-tree and verified the database, etc. and all the reports work both from inside P-tree and within the Crystal Report designer.
But the interactive viewer fails with an "Internal Server Error - ASP Error" number "800003e6" when I try and access the reports through the intranet site.
With the previous version, the trick to make this work was to start P-tree and login and then start the Crystal Report Application Server service. If you did not do that in that order it did not work. However, that does not help now.
Any hints or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
