everytime i open this form, i get a dialog box "enter parameter value" forms!frm_PSC_new!txtStaffid.
Im not even opening that form.. actually opening
frm_psc_update. I've looked through my query, vba codes.. and i have no idea why that's popping up..
any suggestion or idea why it's doing this?

nm.. it was prop of list box..
