I have a XP Machine using Office XP. For some reason, in Outlook the Enter Network Identification randomly pops up every 30 minutes. I've checked the remember password when email account was set up. When it pops up I continue to check the box. I'm not too sure what else to do. I've deleted all settings and reentered them in but still continue to have the problem. Please help!!!!!

i tried the article that was in the thread but the operating system is a windows2000. when i go into the registry and right click on Protected Storage System Provider, there is no menu to choose Permissions. Any ideas? There is a subkey folder and i tried deleting it but it wouldn't allow me to. Don't know what else to do.
