english windows & chinese windows

I have to send a lot of excel spreadsheets by e-mail to my colleagues in Mainland China. the sheets and formulas work but macros give a runtime error.. as if the target cell was not there...can anyone help?

hi Glenn.

we both run excel 2000, but my colleague in China is using Chinese windows xp and use windows 98 English version
