enabling access to other word documents while a form is open

Hi,
I'm developping a word wizard with a number of textboxes the user is expected to fill in. This wizard is integrated in a word template. It so happens that most of the information a user would fill can be found in another word document. This means that ideally the user can copy the information from the word document and paste it into the appropriate wizard textbox.

However word disables access to all other open word documents while the wizard form is open. Is there any way to get round this and allow access to other word documents even while the form is open?

Have you tried to instantiate another word instance ?
