From what I can tell, Enabling Process Throttling does not have any effect on Cold Fusion pages, is this correct?
The reason I have come to this conclusion is because I am the only one using a development server, and I check "enforce limits", but the processor jumps up to 50% on heavy Cold Fusion pages even though I tell the processor to not go above 5% for this site.
So, is there any way to tie Cold Fusion, or PHP to the performance tab of IIS?
