Enable password

Is there a way to reset or change the Enable / Exec router password without blowing the whole config out and starting over?

We have a P2P circuit wihtout enable access.

Try:
connect via console cable
cntrl-brk on router startup to enter rommon mode
rommon>confreg 0x2142
power cycle router
router will load without configuration
enter enable mode
copy start run
change/modify passwords
change config register back to 0x2102
write
