How can write caching for a disk drive be enabled/disabled using VBScript?

In other words, I am seeking to accomplish with VBScript what can be manually done by:
1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties
2. Click the Hardware tab
3. Click Device Manager
4. Click the plus sign (+) next to the Disk Drives
5. Right-click the drive, and then click Properties
6. Click the Disk Properties tab
7. Click to the Write Cache Enabled check box
8. Click OK
See:
Thank you for your assistance.

I haven't tried it, but there's a command line version of device manager you may want to check out.
