enable CCR in admin - CICS Call Pilot

I am switching a customer CICS/Call Pilot system from System Answer to CCR.
I have set up CCR table association extensions with single buttons.
When I try to turn CCR ON [F*832] the display shows
"not allowed in admin"
Also when I try [F*831] for SA the display shows
"not allowed in admin"

Where can I find enable/disable CCR and Sys Answ in admin?

The CICS/Call Piolt system is installed and by another, and is operating with System Answer AA. Customer request was to press single button for Sales, Acct, etc -
So I have set up CCR table associations for that purpose.
But I have not been able to switch the sys from SA to CCR F*831 & F*832 both display "not allowed by admin"

Is this best configured in CICS CCR, or Call Pilot CCR?

I am having trouble finding the documentaion and/or programming path for CCR from a desk set T7316e

Can this be done from a station phone, or do I need the Manager or client software?

All I can do is enable a tree by number, I see no path to build the tree
Is there a different feature code or what am I missing?

Can this be done from a station phone, or do I need the Manager or client software?

Under f983, OTHR, CCR, Build, etc...

The CP came with a CD that has all the documentation on it. If you can locate that, you'll be in good shape.

When you're done building the tree, enable it under the AA table that's programmed to answer the lines.
 
You can also google Setup and Operation Guide..most Norstar vmails are the same layout.
Rememebr to save and end a tree when done changes.
To enable go back to table/ccr and press 1 to enable as there is no enable button.
Suggest to got to AA/GRTG/GRTG/#1 and say "thank you for calling ABC"
You then record #2 as "thank you for calling ABC, we are now closed"
Got to AA/Table and choose which one playes when.
The rest of the greeting use Path 0.

f983/othr/ccr/admin then the only option is to enter a tree number and OK = Tree Enabled
NO BUILD option on this path

login is 1021111 - does this login have sufficient permissions?

I now have the CallPilot 100/150 Doc and Client Software
but I can only find CCR prgm info thru CP Manager software which is another layer of troubleshooting.

I would hope to use the T7316e to set up CCR and make it work for customer. I will however config CPManager if neccessary

Please advise keystroke pathway on T7316e for CCR Build.

Customer needs are simple:
Press 1 for Sales
Press 2 for Service
.
.
.
Press 0 for reception

You have to disable the tree before you can do anything with it. It sounds like tree 1 is already built, so you'll need to change it to reflect what you want to do.

CCR trees, as said are enabled/disabled under AA/Table.
 
login is 1021111 - does this login have sufficient permissions?

Thats the only login, 102 is the mailbox and 1111 is the password for that mailbox (System Manager).

Google Setup and Operation Guide for telset programming....pretty much the same for other vmails Flashtalk, NAM etc.

Update:

CHANGE is not available where it should be to build PATH

f983/1021111/othr/ccr/admin = only options are RETRY & OK
Change is not shown, no way to build path?????

I have CallPilot on the network now, so I can program/config using CPManager now. That seems to be where most of the instruction info is

Somewhat easier that way, anyway, if you're not used to making those changes every day.

I record/save/submit a vm personal greeting in Callpilot Manager but callers still hear the old message play.
Does a mailbox user have a list of saved personal messages to choose from? ....like AA greeting list? where?

There is a Voice button on VoiceMail list/change, it opens the call/record/save/hangup dialog box. It records and will play back the recording. Close/reopen dialog and the recording will still play back.
 
Might want to have the user record their own when the log into their mb with f981. As curly said, make sure under Admin/Grtg/Choose that they've selected the actual greeting they've recorded.
