Emulate loop start trunk with Definity analog single line port

I am trying to "trunk" an IP Office with (4) analog single line ports from a Definity G3si. DIDs are assigned to each of the ports, and I can make a 2500 test correctly, but the IP Office does not recognize the calls like it does from a CO provided loop start line. Can I change the settings on my Definity's single line ports to emulate the CO provided line?
