I'm trying to help out a friend in another city who is having problems with Outlook Express. When she receives e-mail from others it comes across as an EML file extension. When I double click on the message to open it there is a yellowish box it the top part that says that OE is blocking the EML file. How can I remove this block so she can receive the files?

Do the following..
1. Open OE
2. Click on Tools
3. Click on Options
4. Click on the "Security" tab
5. Remove the check mark out of "Do not allow attachments.."
This should allow OE to open the attachment.
Please keep in mind that the user should have a good Anti-virus program prior to doing this. This is how many viruses infect systems without the user knowing it.
