Emergency Phone

Hi All,

OK, I wondering if this can be done. I have an emergency phone, i have called say the police and i am still on a call to them, is there a way that other people who dial the emergency DN can come into the call automaticaly? It is like conference but the callers can come straight into the call when they dial emergency DN,

no,i haven't found a way to do a conf bridge. i have a setup in my idf's, dial 8811 and any of the switchroom phones and any of the idf phones can pick that number up. because it is a mixed dn, we use it as a party line, ie all 4 of us can join the conversation

Thanks John, I have been reading through the Emergency Service Access, 553-3001-313, I think the Attendant can Barge-In or Break-Into a call only, still reading.....

that's what i've seen, except for acd groups, the supv can join but just her phone to an acd agent..
