Emergency message

Hi,
I have a customer with IPO v9.0.4 and embedded voicemail. They have asked to have a setup where a few of their people can ring in and set all incoming calls to go to a emergency message (eg snow day). Is this even possible with embedded voicemail? They want to lock it down to the mobile numbers of their people so only they can change the message. Also if it is possible would they have to record the call every time or would they be able to have a pre-recored message that they just switch to?

it may be possible by carfull use of groups - phantom users & cli routing to short codes to set the group staus but I would hate to have to manage such a system.

Alernativly routing to the short code to change the AA menu may suffice but that does need the full AA menu re-recording each tine



Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Thanks. Yeah I have done it before with VMPRO. I will do some lab testing and see what i can come up with.
