Embeded Voicemail - Function Not available"

We have not changed our voicemail messages for a few months. Now when I go to change the voicemail by pressing *813 i can press 1 to listen to the message but if i press 2 to change the message it plays "Function Not available".

Anyone know how this can be fixed?

Office IP with all updates and embedded voicemail card.
