embedding audio or video in outlook 2002 1

I often receive email with sound or video clips that execute when I open the file.

How is that done?

I know I can embed jpegs, but can't figure out the process to embed audio or video.

it is an add-in from MS. go to the Office section and search on "video email". pretty cool , huh?
