Dec 13, 2021 #4 critchey IS-IT--Management Joined Nov 17, 2015 Messages 1,793 Location US If you are doing voicemail to email you can set it to forward which will delete the messages from the system and send a copy to your email. If not using vm to email I go with what IPGuru suggested; make them clean it themselves so hopefully they won't just let it pile up next time. The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
