Embedded Vm and transfer to mailbox 1

I have 9.1 software with embedded VM. Can I make the action from the auto attendant go straight to a users vm box? i.e. 7 goes to the mailbox of 202?

Yes, send the call to a user that is forwarded to a short code which sends the call to vm203.

Make your regular short code of #XXX / Voicemail Collect / "#"N and then do a Transfer action to # and extension number
