Embedded VM AA not playing some greetings 2

500 V2 9.1/9
ICR to HG 200, 3 rings to group members then overflows to group with a phantom user forwarded to a SC that activates AA1

- Open Hours Time profile set to M-F 8AM to 4PM assigned to play "Morning" Greeting

- Closed Hours Time Profile set to M-F 4Pm to 8AM & Sat-Sun 12AM-11:59PM assigned to play "Afternoon" Greeting

Morning greeting plays fine within the defined time profile. The afternoon greeting never plays, only the menu options recording plays any other time outside of the "Open Hours" time profile.

have you dialed the code to verify it was recorded and activated?

Yes I have verified that recordings are all there, I've also deleted the AA and time profiles and re programmed them as well

Try Closed Hours:
4:01 PM to 11:59 PM Monday through Friday
12 AM to 7:59 AM Monday through Friday
12 AM to 11:59 PM Saturday and Sunday

Remember that time profiles cannot span midnight.

So for closed you must have
00:00 AM - 07:59 AM Monday-Friday
16:00 PM - 23:59 PM Monday-Friday
00:00 AM - 23:59 PM Saturday - Sunday

Open
08:00 AM - 15:59 PM Monday-Friday
