Emails to multiple recipients

Hi

Does anyone know if there is anyway you can stop a mail account from receiving mails when there is multiple recipients. This is because I have a user who needs to receive 'group' emails but never gets them.

I'm not sure I understand your question.

If you're having problems with internal email not being delivered, turn on email tracking and track the messages.

Is it easy to turn on email tracking? Never tired before.

e46fan, there is a help file for that info.

thekid123, there are settings to only allow messages 'directly sent to me' or 'only sent to me'.
That user may also have put filter is use if using Outlook, better check that too.

check what distribution lists the user is a member of, and what list that list is a member of.

It is very easy for the chain to get broken and users end up orphaned from company wide lists.
