I'm running Exchange 5.5 and I gave a user permission to a another users calendar, when I did that the user has access to emails that are in (for lack of a better explanation a folder called Top of Information Store) and I need to remove the access but I can't locate it. Any tips are appreciated.

It's always a PEBKAC problem.

Right click on the mailbox at the top of the folder hierarchy in the client, and you should see a properties entry on the context menu that will give you access to the permissions tab of the mailbox.

There shouldn't really be any mail in the top level mailbox, that's what Outlook uses to display the day's tasks and email summary.
