Emails not deleting on BlackBerry

One issue that people are noticing here is that if a user has their Outlook open and they receive an email which they delete immediately (not hard delete) before it get’s to the device - the email is not deleted after it arrives on the BlackBerry and has to be manually deleted.

I would assume that the BES would monitor their mailbox and see that this had been deleted and therefore remove it?

BES 4.1

Can anyone shed any light on this one for me?
