Emailing to Multiple Dls

I have a user that is trying to send an email to 5 ditribution groups located in her contacts folder. She keeps getting "AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURED" errror.

Now I tested sending to 1 DL... worked.... 2 DLs ....work. but anything more than 2 brings up the error. Does anyone know if this is a limitation of Outlook 2k3?
