Emailing in Great Plains using citrix

I have an issue when I use the e-mail functionality in Great Plains.We are using citrix to access Great Plains. When I go to e-mail, my profile shows up correctly but none of my contacts or global addresses show up, so I manually have to type in the e-mail address. Any opinions. GP v7.5 SP5 SQL2K.

The first time you try and send the email, Great Plains ask you to add your Mail Profile on the server. This open the Mail Setup on your Citrix server then you enter the Microsoft Exchange Server name and your mailbox name. I've been setting up users for the past year with no problem.

I have done that and no luck. Sending mail is not a problem I just can't access the Global Addresses and hav no Idea why.
