I currently have this set up to invoke Outlook, however due to Outlook security, 2-3 separate pop-ups kick in :

1.(A program is try to access email address you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose no.)

Then if we select yes it will obtain the address, but for every new email address it tries to send to you receive this message:

2.(A program is trying to Automatically send emails on your behalf. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose no.)

How can this be fixed other than downgrading Oulook to v. 2000 minus the SP's? Is there an Access/VB approach to this?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Wasn't that done by Microsoft recently to reduce the thread from emailer viruses, and can't be undone? I thought I read in a couple places something to that extent.. if there is a way around it, it'd be very intersting to know...
