Emailing Crystal Reports

To the experts,

I have created a report in Crystal Reports Version 4.6.1 (I know it's old...). I would like to email the report but each time I try it asks me for what format I would like the data in ie csv or text etc. It is really odd.

Of course when I send the info it turns up in my email in a tabular format.

I would like the report to appear one the email as it appears in Crystal reports.

Any ideas?

4.6.1? Wow, that is old. I do not know what kind of eaport support they have for that version. You may want to check their web site to see. In newer versions they have many formats, including RPT format, which is Crystal Report format. This will of course require a crystal report viewer.
