I have another post on here asking how to email a current page of a form. I think through experimenting I figured it out. The problem is it will only send it in the style of an excel form. I am wondering if there is a way to email a page of an access form so when it is received it looks just as it does in access. Then my next step is importing that form into my database.

In other words what I am trying to develop is a database that every month 30 different units will send me a report using my form. i am trying to make it as simple as I can where they have a form, input information by answering some questions and selecting from list boxes. They then click on a command button that sends me that page. I can then proof it and import it into my database.

One of the problems is there are a number of input fields. If it sends the form in datasheet view it takes 5-8 pages. However, if it sends it in the view of my form it is only one page and can easily be printed out.

I hope this explains my situation well. Any help with this would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you
SFC Reed
