Email

Is there a program that will track email as it leaves my outgoing server and goes to its destination. I have a SBS2K3 server that is not receiving its email.
So far i have tried telnet'n to port 25 and 110 this does not error out but i only get a black screen.
I think the traffic is getting block at the ISP but need a way to confirm this.

Use TRACERT from a command line.

When i run tracert it stops at one of the ISP servers that has the same IP as our internet IP.

I have tried telnetting from both external and internal.
Black screen both times.

Two systems cannot have the same IP. Call your ISP.
