I am developing a real estate website as a university project and one of the features I am interested in adding to the site is, and email to be sent to all registered users when a new property listing is added to the site which matches there description. I know I have to create a user reg section, but can anyone point me in the right direction to a similar script so I can break it down. Thanks.

cfmaster, what exactly are you looking for to be broken down? The user registration system or e-mailing users property listings that match their criteria?
Either way developing one of your own would be simpler and faster. Both features are quite easy to develop.
