We are currently experiencing email delivery lentancy between our HQ and one
of our satelite offices (Atlanta HQ & NY). Both locations are using Exchange
2003 Ent. Edition, on Windows 2000. The 2 locations are linked by a 256Kb
frame circuit. The emails are taking about 2 hours to get delivered. I have
restarted the SMTP services on both servers. I have 'Forced Connection' on
the 2 smtp queues, but that did not help. Also restarted the SMTP Virtual Server. Any pointers on what I need to look
at?
