Email stays in Outbox - MS Exchange client

I have a few users who's email stays in their Outbox on Outlook 2007. We are connecting to MS Exchange and there's no network problems. Sometimes restarting Outlook solves the problem.
 
Do you run in cached exchange mode? If so clearing their OST should do the trick, have seen this with a few of our users. Take them out of cached exchange mode, delete the OST, then re-check cached exchange mode.

Some things that can cause this are messages that are too big and users who open the message when it's in the Outbox or otherwise mark it as read.

Plan for performance, and capacity takes care of itself. Plan for capacity, and suffer poor performance.
 
Messages are all small in size and not open. Have a few users users who have this problem intermittedly. All running in cache mode.
 
If you can see the SIZE column, are they bigger than your allowed size? I've seen them stick in the Outbox when that was the case.
