Email sent from Outlook 2007 Becomes an Attachment in Outlook 2000

Hi,

I have an user that receives an email as an attachment in the .eml format. She is using Outlook 2000. However, other users on the cc list using Outlook 2007 can view the email straightaway in the preview window.

I suspect that it is a compatibility issue with different versions of Outlook.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem, please?
