I am having problems replying to inquiry emails transfered from an isp we have selected to handle questions. The senders email address is in the header but when I try to reply it comes back as a bad address. This inquiry email address is the only one we use with this ISP. Any suggestions?

are you able to compose a new email and send it to them? Is it only when you reply? When it comes back is it in the form of a popup error or a bounce back from the ISP saying it could not deliever the email? The address they sent you the email from may be an alias that cannot recieve mail from outside their exchange server.
