Email restore: different language?

Hi all...

I am having issues restoring email boxes to Korean users...

The restore is successful...The data is listed as being in the users email box (via the Exchange 2000 system manager)...But I cannot see the email...Neither can the Koreans...

After recreating the mailbox I made sure a Korean client was the first to log in to the mailbox...

Any ideas on why the data cant be seen?...Do I need something else? AJ
