email received 6 months after sent

This is a weird one. One of my end-users just forward me an email that she just received that was sent to her 6 months ago. The email came in as today's received date but when clicking Forward, or Reply, the sent date included in the forwarding or replying email indicating that the sender sent the email on a date that was 6 months ago. Also, is a legit email that was forwarded to Junk E-mail folder by McAfee Spamfilter. Any idea guys?
