EMAIL QUERY

Hello all,
I have a problem but am unable to resolve. I am trying to send an email to address xxxxxxx@xxxx.mcs.gov.uk but it fails to get there. However when I use my own email address xxxxx.btinternet.com it gets there with no problems. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be??
