Email profiles...

I have a User who needs to create a new outlook profile everytime they open Outlook with thier account. I don't know if this is an outlookj or exchange. I beleive it is exchange since the issue has been replicated on 3 systems.

What happens when they open outlook after using the profile once is the following:

Outlook Opens.
No email comes in or out.
Switch to calender, open contacts or try to send an email outlook hangs and then closes..no error messege.


 
All other accounts work?

Exmerge
Delete mailbox
Create mailbox
Exmerge back in Dan
Microsoft Exchange Support @ Microsoft
 
I found the problem. SalesLogix 5.2 service pack 2 for some reason has no love for Outlook XP and windows XP. I unregistered all the SalesLogix "Advanced" (used loosely) Outlook intergration and it works fine.

Can't wait for MS to release a CRM
