Email problems xp,outlook express hyperlinks not working

I found that if you go to control panel, then to folder options,then file types,hypertext transfer protocol,then click on advanced,then click on edit,in the DDE message line take out the -1,0,,,, then click ok and then close all open windows and then try the hypertext links in outlook express and this should fix the problem.
