email notification

with my ip406, vmail email is not working...I followed everything on the job aid but verizon is hosting my email servers:
outgoing----smtp.verizonemail.net
incoming----pop.verizonemail.net
email account ---vmpro@domain.com

i can send emails using my vmpro@domain.com account on the same vmpro server...
anybody had this one before? help!!!!!

check to see if you require authentication & add the username & password if req.

My verizon accout servers are configured as follows:
Incoming is incoming.verizon.net
outgoing is outgoing.verizon.net

Give it a try.
