Email Notification: Cannot send mail to root on client

Hi all,

I have NetBackup server 6.0 MP4 on my Windows Environment. It backups up successfully for all my servers but in the Activity Monitor display on backups, it displays "CANNOT SEND MAIL TO ROOT ON CLIENT" hence no email notification is sent on successful backup or failure. Please how do I resolve this issue. Thanking you in advance.

I forgot to state that I use blat for the email notification. The online Catalog backup sends email after the online catalog backup.

i have the same problems two weeks ago and i found that the client netback up was not running in client side and was disabled so i enable it and configure to restart service if it fall and it was the solution on my side.
