We have a small ASP application that sends order acknowledgements when a customer places an order with us.

One customer complains that the acknowledgements to not arrive. I have had a look in IIS and found the emails in the Inetpub\mailroot\Queue folder.

What would prevent them transmiting?
Is this the right folder to put emails for transmision? Should it not be the Pickup' folder?
