Email messages stuck in MTA queue. Help?

We are running a Exchange 5.5 on W2K SP4 for both. The server is a bridgehead server. There are messages that are stuck in the MTA for about 3 days to one of X400 connected international offices. I can however successfully send them emails from my comcast.net address and I do recieve emails they send me.
Any pointers?
