Does anyone know what this message means:

553 5.3.0 <emailaddress>... IP address 999.999.999.999 listed at dnsbl.sorbs.net as a dynamically assigned IP

A coworker can't send to a certain address, but I can send to this same address. Could it be a setting on her computer? She always could send to this person.
