email letterhead

I want to create an email electronic letterhead or newsletter, that is, use graphics in the body of the email and not as an attachment.
I am on Mac 9.0.4., Photoshop 6, Illustrator 9, GoLive 5. For email, I currently use Microsoft Entourage (mac 2001), but I have Outlook Express 5.

I receive emails using embedded graphics all the time and want to be able to create my own.

These should get you started, but bear in mind that many users/server administrators get quite aggravated by bloated, graphic-laden emails that "bomb" mail programs.

Thank you so much for your help. I am not a techie and still need some hand holding.

I received Outlook Express with my Mac computer and have not learned it yet. I have been using Entourage and I assume they are very similar. I do not have the Stationery feature in Outlook Express. Is this an add-on that I can download from OE, or is it a feature that my Mac OS 9.0.4 will not support?
