Email from access

I know that this has been discussed here in the past, but for the life of me i can't seem to find it in any of the past discussions.

I am creating an inventory database. I have a quantity field that tracks how many of a specific item we have in stock. I need to know how get access 2000 to send me an email when that counter reaches a certain number. For example. "You only have 5 XXXX's left, you need to reorder"

Are you having problems with creating an email?
Storing the "reorder point"?
Deciding where to put the code?
