This is probably an easy question but email is not my field. Need to setup a distribution list of approx 20 recipients. The main problem being that I don't wish the recipients to see all the other email addresses (as they are their competitors).

Is this possible or am I resigned to sending 20 emails each time (currently type the default and forward to each recipient one at a time)

You send the email to that list, but you put the list in the BCC field, so no-one sees any addresses, use the To field to put in your own address, that look s better for those who receive it.

If you don't see the BCC field, vreate a new message and click View - BCC field in Outlook.
If other mail client, see the Help and look for BCC
