I have Microsoft Office Outlook at the office and use Outlook Express at home to check my emails, when I check emails at home they are no longer visible at the office, I have setup leave copy on server at home but suspect copy is left on my ISP server rather than my office server, is there anyway for my office to keep the message? I can go in via exchange/browser but since I have muttiple accounts everywhere I prefer to use just outlook express.

Thanks

Assuming that you are talking about two different mail servers. Your ISP mail server and your office server are not carrying the same mail.

You mail setup in OE should be under two different accounts if this is the case and each account should have it's own option of leaving a copy of the mail on the server.

I have told my accounts to leave email copy on server, my question is what server does it leave it on?
If it's confusing then lets just forget I have a personal account for a second, I setup my office account on my OE at home and have leave copy on server set to yes....which server does/is it supposed to leave a copy? my ISP server or my server at the office? (does it even travel thru my ISP server?) I ask this because once I check for messages at home I read them and then I want to reply the next day from my office but when I go to my office and check via Microsoft Office my emails that I have checked from home are not there.I recieved an email from my ISP at home saying my email box is nearly full and wondering what the heck they are talking about because I do not leave a copy with my personal account, only my office account.

Hope this makes sense...thanks for the reply :)

It would leave a copy on whatever server your remote Outlook Express (work) profile at home is attached to for POP3 and SMTP.

Remote is at home, I check work email from home,I get to work, email is gone, what could be the problem? does anyone have any solution or trouble shooting that I should do? should I seek and pay for a tech to come out?
Thanks for the reponse :)

Cheers!

Now here is the latest, I check my mail from the web browser now instead of outlook and when I read say 2 out of 10 emails I close the window and when I check... later all the emails have dissapeared.
Stumped!
Thanks for any help :)
